Urgent

Hi I m Davit from Armenia and I have travel agency in Tbilisi and in Yerevan
I m doing incoming tourism in both countries
My tourist are coming from India mostly and I facing problem in airport in Tbilisi- border police is sending back my clients
I have 9 people tomorrow flying to Tbilisi for 4 nights and all services are booked for that group- in case of deportation I will again have problems

Please guide me what to do and whom to ask about?
