Russian guides in Sidney and Auckland

We (2 Russian women) need an excursion in Auckland on September, 6th , then to Rotarua on September, 7th and then to somewhere else on September, 8th. After that we need an excursion in Sidney on September, 15th, to the Blue Mountains on September 16th. They must be in Russian because one of us doen;t speak English. How much do they all cost ? Can we book them now and pay in Auckland and Sidney? Irene
